The latest DMZ update (Season 4) introduces new features and content such as the Phalanx faction.
The Forward Operations Base (FOB) serves as a central hub for players to unlock upgrades by completing objectives.
This includes weapon slots, increased stash size, and access to new missions.
A new mission objective menu allows players to track faction missions, upgrades, challenges and notes.
There are also seasonal resets for key and mission item caches.
However, active duty slots and smuggled weapon inventories are not affected.

To deliver a Phalanx Dead Drop letter of introduction from a university in the DMZ Southwest of College (D3).
When you get there, put the letter of introduction and the tracker in the dead drop.
Here’s how to do this (enlarge the screenshot above).
- Go southwest of the college (D3).
- Put letters of introduction and trackers in dead drops.
Dropping both items into a Dead Drop completes the objective.
Obviously, Dead Drop is outside the university, not inside it.
